The Process of Change.
After years of study, application, and a deep desire to serve his clients in the best way possible, Alan has developed The Process designed to ignite change and, most importantly, create a basis for long-lasting growth and progress…because we all deserve to flourish.
The root of Alan’s work is grounded in the fact that you already have everything you need to thrive. This Process of Change isn’t about adding more to your self-help to-do list. It is a subtractive model that is designed to help you reach the core of who you really are by helping you let go of unwanted beliefs, ideas, and mental constraints, intervening them, and moving toward a deeper understanding of the nature of how you create your life from moment to moment. Through a combination of Meridian Tapping, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and looking in the direction of the true nature of our life experience both psychologically and spiritually, Alan takes you on a journey of forgiveness, self-discovery, and transformation.
Step One – Consultation
Where do you want to make changes in your life? Business, relationships, health…when it comes to personal transformation, customization is key. This is why Alan will sit down and dive deep into what you are looking for and put together a program that makes sense for you.
If you think negative thoughts you will experience pain and generally be unhappy.
Step Two – Intervention
Most of us, after being indoctrinated into the culture of our environment, form beliefs about ourselves based on memories of past experiences that we inadvertently rehearse over and over. We then form our identities and ideas of how the world works based on these beliefs. Unfortunately, most of us are operating from an outside-in model of thinking that points to our circumstances, parents, spouse, or our past and then says, “that’s why I have these problems.” We innocently behave as victims and hand over our power to outside events, places, and people.
The first step toward transformation is to uncover and intervene the habitual thoughts, traumatic experiences, and negative self-talk that is creating and supporting what you don’t want. This is typically done with a series of one-on-one sessions with Alan where he begins to use all of his training to calibrate and connect with you on this first stage of your journey.
If you think negative thoughts you will experience pain and generally be unhappy. By intervening and changing the negative thoughts to positive, you will begin to live a happier life.
Step Three – Education
Once you release your life-long patterns and begin to wake up to the reality of who you really are, you are now ready to explore and dive deep into the nature of how you create your life from moment to moment. We will do this by exploring three foundational psychological/spiritual principles.
- Connection. We are all connected. Right now, between you and me, there is a space. This perceived distance seems to separate us but in reality, we are both touching this same space. There is a oneness to life and a force that breathes air into our lungs, beats our hearts, and is the spiritual power-source that all of life springs forth from.
- Awareness. Your ability to reflect on your experience and to become aware of the nature of the thought/feeling connection determines your level of awareness. In essence, the more you embody the understanding of how you are creating your experience from moment to moment, the more awake you are. Your awareness will always fluctuate but the less it fluctuates the more you will flourish.
- Thought. Your brain is creating your entire experience. Thus, everything in your experience is Thought! We are also capable of thinking…memories, planning for the future…thought is a powerful tool that is always creating our experience of life.
Becoming aware that you are always feeling the power of thought from moment to moment, and that you are connected to an infinite supply of resources, will allow you to experience the flow of life more often. The truth is, you are always in the flow…it is only your awareness that fluctuates.
If you think negative thoughts you will experience pain and generally be unhappy. By intervening and changing the negative thoughts to positive, you will begin to live a happier life. When you look beyond the negative and positive thoughts to how you are creating your experience…you will flourish.
Step Four – Support.
We all have areas of our life where we don’t quite ‘see it’. As we continue to grow and create our experience we will undoubtedly come up against what is truly our only obstacle; a misunderstanding of where our feelings are coming from. When you partner with Alan for ongoing support, he will encourage you, point out where you are flourishing, and gently guide you back on course when you are not. Through one-on-one coaching, group calls, masterminds, transformational retreats, and recommendations of further resources, you will have access to the support that will guide you on your journey. What Alan has discovered is that there is no end to the inward exploration and as you continue to deepen your understanding you will find your life improving in all areas.
